Supreme Chonburi VC defended title at the SMM 2018 Asian Club Championship for Women in Kazakhstan.

Thailand’s team won new trophy after winning 3-2 against NEC Red Rockets (13-25, 25-21, 25-18, 20-25, 16-14).

Supreme’s Chatchu-On Moksri and Ajcharaporn Kongyot were the top scorers for the champion team, with 21 points each. Japanese Nanami Hirose scored the top points on the match, 31 points.

In the match for the third place once again the home team didn’t have luck. Again the Chinese girsl were better. This time Jiangsu Zhongtian defeated Altay VC after five sets.

For 7th place: VTV Binh Dien Long An – CMFC  3-0 (25-19, 25-22, 25-16)

For 5th: Paykan Tehran – Garuda VC 0-3 (25-27, 18-25, 19-25)

For 3rd place: Jiangsu  – Altay VC 3-2 (25-20, 25-23, 21-25, 17-25, 15-12)

Final: Supreme – NEC Red Rockets 3-2 (13-25, 25-21, 25-18, 20-25, 16-14)

Best Setter: Rong Wanqianbai (Jiangsu Zenith )

Best Outside Spikers: Ajcharaporn Kongyot (Supreme Chonburi) and Olga Kubassevich (Altay)

Best Middle Blockers: Natalia Sharshakova (Altay) and Wang Chenyue (Jiangsu Zenith )

Best Opposite: Kanami Hirose (NEC Red Rockets)

Best Libero: Sayaka Iwasaki (NEC Red Rockets)
