The accident occurred approximately 40 kilometers from Brno.
“We were traveling by a car and behind us went a van with the girls and we didn’t notice anything strange. But suddenly, the van disappeared from our views, and I immediately called one of the players and luckily for us, they already left the vehicle” says Glazier.
According to the investigators, the fire was on the right wheel of the vehicle:
“The girls didn’t take anything from van because they were in a hurry. But, we left there only jerseys and shorts. It doesn’t matter” says assistant coach.
Of course, the game against Sternberk was postponed…
