Even though her team Toray Arrows didn’t manage to dethrone the reigning champions, Jana Kulan has a big reason to be happy.
The Azerbaijani international has entered the history by scoring 60 points against Hisamitsu Springs which is the best display by one player in a single volleyball game. We have to say that there was a golden set as well in which Kulan scored 10 more points to enter the history books.
The first in the men’s list is Leonardo Leyva with 59 points, while the previous record in the women’s volleyball was made by Polina Rahimova, 58 points.
Check out the recently updated list of top 10 men’s and women’s single-match scorers in volleyball history!
