CL W: Vakifbank to meet Dinamo Moscow, Imoco to battle with Eczacibasi

The draw for the women's CEV Champions League has been finished.

 

Vakifbank will have to travel to Moscow to meet Dinamo Moscow. It's going to be an interesting clash since the Russian star Natalya Goncharova wants the trophy so bad.

The winner of this clash will play against the winner of the match between Stuttgart - Novara. Imoco Volley Conegliano will have a difficult task to battle Eczacibasi, while Fenerbahce and Scandicci have equal chances for reaching semis.

Women’s Champions League, quarterfinals:

Stuttgart – Novara (from 12 March - 21 March) (1)

Dinamo Moscow – Vakifbank (from 12 March - 21 March) (2)

Scandicci – Fenerbahce (from 12 March - 21 March) (3)

Imoco Volley – Eczacibasi Vitra (from 12 March - 21 March) (4)

The winners of quarter-final 1 will play against the winners of quarter-final 2 in semi-final 1, while the teams progressing from 3rd and 4th quarter-final will contest semi-final 2.

Re: @Sorin Acela I agree. The Final game should be a personal celebration of the team, the top of the season and look! 2 teams at the same time. This show was not organized for the teams, but for the politicians...
