The European Volleyball Confederation (CEV) has chosen the Dream Team of the 2019 Men’s European Championship.

Just like it was in the Women’s EuroVolley Dream Team, the CEV waited for a few days after the completion of the Men’s EuroVolley to reveal the Dream Team of the tournament.

The MVP Uroš Kovačević from Serbia National Team was enlisted in the line-up as one of the two best outside hitters. The CEV added some statistic parameters next to each of the players in the Dream Team that serve to explain why the choice has fallen to them.

2019 Men’s EuroVolley Dream Team:

Benjamin Toniutti (FRA) - setter

Aleksandar Atanasijević (SRB) – opposite hitter

Uroš Kovačević (SRB) - outside spiker

Wilfredo León (POL) - outside spiker

Jan Kozamernik (SLO) - middle blocker

Srećko Lisinac (SRB) - middle blocker

Jani Kovačič (SLO) - libero

She wont miss the Olympics. She is already 4 months pregnant and will give birth early February. Enough time to recovery. Reply

FRA W: RC Cannes sign outside hitter from Texas University

Cannes' roster for next season doesn't seem to be THAT focused on young talent IMO. Don't see a difference to other clubs in this regard. Their main problem seems to be the decreasing interest of people in the club, a lack of (new) supporters to attend their home matches. Reply
