Leo Shoes Modena got back from a two-week break to beat Gas Sales Bluenergy Piacenza in Round 17 of the 2020/21 Italian Men’s Volleyball Championship.

In a delayed match of Round 17 of the 2020/21 Italian Men’s SuperLega Credem Banca regular season, Modena dominated over Piacenza, showing that a two-week break helped them recharge batteries after not such good results in the finish of 2020.

The opening set was highly intense as it lasted for 41 minutes (35-33 for Modena). After that, Modena easily took the next two sets and collected three points which, however, didn’t help them move up from seventh place in the charts. Daniele Lavia top-scored Modena with 14 points, including 6 blocks.
