JPN W: MVP chants for Jana Kulan, Toray take the second place!

Toray Arrows will be playing in the semifinals of the Japanese V-Leauge thanks to Jana Kulan's great performances in the recent period.


The Azerbaijani star has ended the winners' stage of the V-League in a magnificent way, scoring 41 points in a 3-2 win over the team they will meet in the playoff semifinals. 

Jana Kulan earned the MVP award as well since she was the best player on the court. Not only in this game, she also pushed the team during the regular season and now in the winners' stage, even though they were in a difficult situation several times.

The reigning champions Hisamistsu Springs have scored the 7th win in this stage of the competition to earn the ticket for the finals.

Women's V-League, winners' stage, last round:

NEC Red Rockets – Hisamitsu Springs 0-3 (21-25, 23-25, 16-25)

JT Marvelous – Toray Arrows 2-3 (25-22, 25-18, 23-25, 26-28, 10-15)

Ageo – Denso Airybees 2-3 (25-18, 19-25, 25-20, 25-27, 14-16)
