Surprise victory for Linz-Steg
The team from Upper Austria defeated Nova KBM Branik Maribor at 3:0 (25:19, 25:21, 25:19) and thus overthrew the Slovenians atop the ranking – helping SVS Post to move to the top position.
“This victory came absolutely unexpected. We would have been content with winning one set. However, our opponents slightly underestimated my team in the beginning and later they were not able anymore to turn the game in their favour.
