The transfer of Argentina National Team member Julieta Lazcano to E.LECLERC Radomka Radom did not take place despite she signed the contract with the Polish side.

After the 2019 FIVB World Cup in Japan, the captain of Argentina got a few days off and she was to fly to Poland to join the Radomka team before the start of the season. Just before leaving for Europe, the club board received information directly from the player about her decision not to arrive and play for Radomka. The Polish top division team, who opened the 2019/20 season with a defeat, stated on their website that even Lazcano’s managers were surprised by her decision, saying that they have heard various reasons, from health to personal issues and to information about the end of an athlete’s volleyball career.

Due to the unprofessional behavior of the player, Radomka reported the case to the FIVB.
