Jastrzębski Węgiel dominated over Asseco Resovia Rzeszów in Round 2 of the 2020/21 Polish men’s volleyball Championship.

What was supposed to be an interesting clash of Round 2 of the 2020/21 PlusLiga regular season in Jastrzębie-Zdrój, turned out to be a match with the domination of one team: Jastrzębski – Resovia 3-0 (25-21, 25-16, 25-18).

It was the 41st league encounter of these big rivals, and Jastrzębski prevailed for the 20th time. The team from Rzeszów made quite a respectable roster in order to redeem for the horrible PlusLiga campaign last season – one of the worst ever – as they finished in the penultimate position in the charts.

Moroccan Mohamed Al Hachdadi top-scored for the winning side with 15 points, while Jakub Popiwczak made 75 % reception (25 % perfect). Slovenian Klemen Čebulj tallied 11 points for Resovia.

Boričić re-elected as President of CEV

Probably the most retarded sport federation in the whole of Europe, full of grandpas like Boričić making proft without any useful deeds. Another 4 frutiful years of stealing the clubs money. Taking a look at the CEV website layout says it all. Reply
