TUR W: Another contract extension in Vakifbank - Kubra Akman!

Vakifbank have extended a contract with one more player and one more middle blocker - Kubra Akman.


After extending a contract with the youngster, Vakifbank have decided to keep Kubra Akman for the next three seasons.

Kubra Akman was a player who gave a huge contribution to Vakifbank's results, especially in winning the championship title. 

She has been playing for Vakifbank for six years and with these three upcoming seasons she will stay in this Turkish powerhouse for nine years.

I like her. I think she has improved more than Gunes but Gunes is younger. Maybe that's why she got a 3 year contract instead of Gunes's two.
