Eczacıbaşı VitrA prevailed over Fenerbahçe Opet in the big match of Round 6 of the 2019/20 Turkish Women’s Volleyball Championship regular season.

The MVP of the 2019 CEV European Championship Tijana Bošković made a monstrous display, pushing Eczacıbaşı to a 3-2 (23-25, 26-24, 25-19, 21-25, 15-12) home win against big rivals Fenerbahçe in the sixth round of the 2019/20 Vestel Venus Sultanlar Ligi regular season. Serbian opposite hitter put down 36 points, including 5 aces! Her compatriot Brankica Mihajlović and Cuban Melissa Vargas scored 21 points apiece for the losing side.

Thus, Eczacıbaşı kept the invincibility in the league (6-0).

Considering Fenerbahe just beaten Vakifbank 3-0 and extending this match to 5 games, it shows Fenerbahe has improved a lot for this season. I think Vakifbank is in trouble. They look lost without Zhu Ting. Even their defense is worse. Rasic is not playing well.
