VakıfBank are undefeated even after 8 matches of the 2020/21 Turkish women’s volleyball Championship.


VakıfBank hosted Kuzeyboru in a postponed match of the 7th round of the 2020/21 Misli.com Sultanlar Ligi regular season and had to work hard to record an eighth win in as many games played in the competition: 3-1 (25-20, 25-15, 23-25, 25-18).

This was the first set that a team coached by Giovanni Guidetti dropped so far. The Swede Isabelle Haak tallied 25 points for VakıfBank, while Kübra Çalışkan served 4 aces.

Sultanlar Ligi will continue with the 11th round matches to be played on October 23.
