It was a fairytale ending, the one that every volleyball queen deserves. Victoria Ravva has retired from professional volleyball in the best possible way… Her club RC Cannes won the championship title in France after a historic comeback in the big finals… It was the 20th title in the history of this club from the French Riviera… Victoria Ravva participated in winning 19 out of those 20!
“This is a beautiful ending. My heart almost exploded, it was a crazy match. It was a miracle” stated Ravva after the game and added that she doesn’t yet intend to start a coaching career.
“No, I like my coach Yan Fang so much, I don’t want to compete with him (laughs). I’ll wait for a few years. Now I plan to take marketing studies and perhaps return to RC Cannes one day as a manager.”
