Over a week ago, Foppapedretti Bergamo opposite left the game against Savino Scandicci due to injury which instantly seemed like a serious one. Now, the doctors have confirmed it – Skowrońska suffered a cruciate ligament rupture in her right knee.
Since this kind of injury includes surgery in most of the cases and up to six months of break, the member of Serie A1 title contenders has finished the season.
