Every single volleyball fan from Perugia will be in Rome this weekend in order to help his/her heroes win the most prestigious trophy in Europe.

Sir Safety Perugia is a relatively young club. It was founded back in 2001 and since then the Block Devils have never won any trophy. But, this weekend they will have a chance to write a new page of their history book.

Sir Safety Perugia will participate at the 2016/17 CEV Champions League Final Four. They are actually the hosts of the tournament, although it will be held in Rome which is 170 km away from the city of Perugia. Still, that distance will not stop the fans to come all the way to Rome and to show how much they love this team.

The club officials have already announced that they expect a full house for the semifinals clash against the local rival Lube. After all, that is probably the most important game for Sir Safety Perugia in their history.

With the team full of volleyball stars, including Ivan Zaytsev, Aleksandar Atanasijević, Marko Podraščanin and all the others, Sir Safety Perugia can definitely claim the European throne. The only question is whether they will be able to do it this year.
