Dick Kooy has officially become the Italian citizen and now he has Dutch and Italian citizenship. We have already written about his case.
A member of Halkbank has confirmed that he won’t be playing for Dutch national volleyball team as he wants to change sport nationality.
“In general, it is good for my life to have Italian sport nationality. One day I will come back to play in italy and If I get Italian sport nationality, I will be able to play as the Italian player in Serie A1” said Kooy for our website a few days ago.
