Yeon-Koung Kim was the top scorer of the match with 19 points while Mimi Sosa scored only 9 for Argentina

South Korea have now gone 2-1, one win away from a ticket to the quarterfinals, leaving Argentina winless after three matches.

The result sees Russia mathematically through to the quarterfinals, where they join USA who had earlier sealed their ticket through Pool B. Hosts and defending champions Brazil can also qualify if they beat Japan.
