Zenit St. Petersburg
The team from Kazan had a better game opening, taking the first sets 25-22! In the second set, we saw a great response from the home team, that tied the score by taking this part of the game 25-19!
Zenit St. Petersburg continued playing in the same way, leading all the time in the third set. At the very of the end of the set, Alexander Butko has managed to save the first set point by scoring an ace, however, the Serbian opposite Drazen Luburic has scored to give his team a 2-1 lead (25-23).
The home side knew that they can’t let this opportunity down! They started playing even at a much higher level and again, they managed to win another set (25-23) and to win a game 3-1!
