Latvia’s Tina Graudina and Anastasija Samoilova made history on Sunday by winning the 2025 Women’s FIVB Beach Volleyball World Championship in Adelaide, the country’s first-ever world title and podium finish.

The duo defeated the USA’s Kristen Nuss and Taryn Brasher in a tight three-set final, taking the match 2–1 after a strong comeback in the tie-break. Brazil’s Carol Solberg and Rebecca Cavalcanti claimed bronze earlier in the day.
