Poland as host, Russia, France and Canada will participate on this three-day round robin tournament.
Poland won the last year edition of Wagner Memorial tournament and they will try to keep trophy at home.

Hubert Wagner was a former Polish national team player and national team head coach. As player he participated on Olympic Games in Mexico 1968. and as head coach he led the Poland national team to gold medals on World Championship 1974. and Olympic Games 1976.
