The ACPV, the Association des Clubs Professionnels de Volleyball, have further intensified their collaboration with the international powers of volleyball, offering a helping hand to the CEV for their prime club competition, the CEV Volleyball Champions League.
ACPV President Stav Jacobi and ACPV Vice-President Cemal Erksun have sent an official letter to the CEV President Aleksandar Boričić as well as to the members of the Executive Committee of the CEV, due to the fact that the CEV is reevaluating the TV and media situation for the CEV Volleyball Champions League.
The ACPV offered to participate in the evaluation supporting the CEV in the common goal to grow club volleyball in Europe. Representing professional clubs from over nine European countries, the ACPV know the issues and challenges the clubs from professional club volleyball face in their day-to-day work and can support the management and commercial development due to year-long experience its member clubs have gathered.
Thus, ACPV President Stav Jacobi and ACPV Vice-President Cemal Erksun kindly asked the CEV in their official letter to provide details on the status quo of the structure of media and marketing contracts within the CEV.
Furthermore, the ACPV pleaded CEV President Aleksandar Boričić and the members of the Executive Committee of the CEV to involve the ACPV in the discussion on the media and marketing contracts of the CEV Volleyball Champions League and to give a voice in the decision-making process regarding the organisation and the development of the prime competition in European club volleyball.
