Iran is in the final
There is no doubt that volleyball fans expected tough match, but Iran “disappointed” them. Defender of a crown didn’t let Japan to win a single set. Result tells you everything – 3:0 (25:19, 25:16, 25:22).
Interesting thing is that Japanese players started every set pretty good. They had the early lead, but every time would lose it in key moments.
I other semifinals, which will be played this afternoon, China or South Korea will join Iran in battle for gold.
