It is the second trophy for Iran in a row. They were number one two years ago when they were the host of Asian Championship, and now they repeated that success. It is interestig that those are the the only gold medals for this country on continental tournamenets. Iran’s volleyball is evidently in graat expansion. Congratulations.
Also, individual awards are anounced. Best player of the tournament is Saeid Marouflakrani (Iran), best scorer is Zhong Weijun (Cina) (104 points), best attacker is Amir Ghafour (Iran), best middle blocker is Eraghi Seyed Mohammad Mousavi (Iran), best server is Zhong Weijun (China), best setter is Mir Saeid Marouflakrani (Iran) and best libero is Farhad Zarif Ahangaran V. (Iran).
