Igtisadchi
Igtisadchi beat Crvena zvezda earlier and was waiting for results of evening games, because Baku squad had one point more than city rivals Azeryol and two more than Dinamo.
So, if any of these two teams had won, it would have been an end for Igtisadchi. Luckily for them, Busto Arsizio and Atom Trefl played their part too, so Igtisadchi advanced to CEV Champions League play-offs.

Piacenza – Dinamo Moscow 3-1 (25-21, 25-23, 18-25, 25-18)
Atom Trefl Sopot – Dinamo Bucuresti 3-1 (23-25, 25-17, 25-21, 25-20)
