Muszyna defeated Lokomotiv Baku at home with maximum result. First set was a walkover for Polish side, but the other two were really intense. Especially the last one in which home team made a big turnaround at the end.
Other Polish team was not successful. Bielsko–Biala lost against Khimik in straight sets.
Third round, first legs:
Khimik – Bielsko-Biala 3-0 (25-17, 25-18, 25-20)
Muszyna – Lokomotiv Baku 3-0 (25-15, 25-23, 26-24)
