While Tomis was once again better than Maliye Piyango – 3-0 (25-23, 25-21, 29-27), we had a real thriller in Poland, where Friedrichshafen caused many problems for Belchatow – 3-1 (24-26, 26-24, 25-17, 25-23).
In the first set, Germans returned from 20-24 and won it by 26-24! But failed to capitalize that philological advantage. Friedrichshafen was leading almost the whole second set, however Belchatow was amazing in the finish and the result was equalized.
Carried with the huge support from the fans, home team won the third set with power, and then used the very first match ball in the fourth to clinch the victory.
