Polina Rahimova topped the scorers’ chart of the match with 19 points for Azerbaijan. Dobriana Rabadzhieva and Emiliya Nikolova were Bulgaria’s best scorers with 17 and 16 points respectively.

Faig Garayev, head coach of Azerbaijan: “The main problem of Azerbaijan was in receiving. This problem did not let our girls show their teamwork. Bulgarian showed the best blocking. My team and I are very sorry for losing this match.”
