They ended in the third place of Pool C, behind Peru and Serbia. But, there were only two tickets for Top 8 phase.

Pool E:
Russia – Serbia (Tuesday 23:00 C.E.T)
Italy – Brazil (Wednesday 1:30am C.E.T.)
Pool F:
Dominican Republic – Japan (Tuesday 23:00 C.E.T.)
Peru – Bulgaria (Wednesday 1:30am C.E.T.)
Recall that only two teams from each pools will advance to the semifinals. The host of the tournament Puerto Rico didn’t manage to qualify for TOP 8 round as well.
