Canadians had 2-1 lead in sets, but home team managed to make turnaround and to take very important victory in Pool C!
Now, Argentina has the same number of wins as first placed team Canada (SIX), but Hoag’s side has completed all 12 games while Velasco’s side have two more matches.
During the next weekend they will play against Bulgaria away, and if they take only one win, they will go to the Final tournament.
Facundo Conte was the top scorer of home team with 15 points, while on the other side Adam Schouten finished with 24.
