ARG M: Drama in finals, Sánchez Bozhulev takes Bolívar to equalizer in series

In a tremendous Game 4 of playoff finals in Argentina, Personal Bolívar defeated UPCN San Juan Vóley to tie series and stretch it to the fifth game 3-2 (25-17, 25-20, 20-25, 21-25, 15-13). UPCN had 2-0 lead in series!

Tie-break was intense just like every set and was played point by point. Both had neat block, excellent defense and aggressiveness in attack (Martín Ramos was unstoppable in the middle in UPCN, while Michael Sánchez Bozhulev highlighted the home team). At the change of sides, it was 8-7 in favor of Bolívar. The hosts went two points ahead and kept the gap until closing thanks to constant encouragement from the crowd which put pressure on the visitors. Bozhulev sealed it 15-13.

The Cuban Michael Sánchez Bozhulev, with 31 points, was the top scorer of the game. On the other side, The Bulgarian Nikolay Uchikov had 26.

The decisive Game 5 will be held on April 15 at UPCN’s court.
