Bulgarian volleyball player Todor Aleksiev who last season played for UPCN San Juan Voley and won the champions title of Argentina, has moved in the opposing camp.
Aleksiev is the fifth reinforcement of Personal Bolivar who have already made the deal with the Australian giant Thomas Edgar, Brazilian attacker Almeida Pia, middle blocker Maxi Gauna and Lucas Ocampo.
