The second-seed UPCN San Juan Vóley Club smashed No.1 Personal Bolívar in Game 4 by a 3-0 (25-19, 25-19, 25-14) to close the series of the Liga Argentina 2017/18 playoff finals with a 3-1.
UPCN celebrated the tying with Bolívar in the number of national titles at seven in front of own crowd but in the gymnasium which was not theirs and in which they were forced to play as hosts, Polideportivo Nuestra Señora de Luján, because Aldo Centoni was busy with the 2018 Men’s Tennis Davis Cup Argentina vs. Chile.

The Pole Zbigniew Bartman, the opposite of UPCN, was chosen the MVP of the finals.
By conquering Liga Argentina 2017/18, UPCN secured a spot for the 2019 South American Club Championship.
