Beijing continued with amazing performances in the Chinese men’s volleyball league this season.
After making a perfect score in Stage 1 (12-0), Beijing continued in the same style in Stage 2 (Top 8).
By beating Shandong away 3-1 (27-25, 23-25, 25-19, 25-23) in Round 8, Beijing got themselves a 2-0 record in Stage 2 (8-0 counting the score which they transferred from Stage 1) to remain at the top of the standings.
The local star Jiang Chuan topped Beijing with 32 points today, while Frenchman Kévin Tillie added 15 points. Ji Daoshuai scored 21 points for Shandong.
