BRA M: Praia Clube Stays Perfect; Minas Claims First Win

Praia Clube kept its unbeaten start in the Brazilian Men’s Superliga, pulling off a strong comeback to beat Sesi Bauru 3–2 (24-26, 25-22, 20-25, 25-20, 15-6). After trading tight sets, Praia dominated the tie-break 15–6 to secure its sixth straight win and remain second in the table with 16 points. Paulo Vinicios Silva led the team with 18 points and earned the MVP award, while Isac Santos added 15. For Sesi Bauru, now seventh, Marcos Junior scored 16 and was the team top scorer.

In Belo Horizonte, Itambé Minas finally celebrated their first win of the season in a thrilling battle against Suzano. Playing at Arena UniBH, Minas won 3–2 after saving three match points and turning the tie-break around from 11–14 to 16–14, thanks to a clutch serve run by Leo Lukas. The victory lifts Minas out of last place, while Suzano remains fourth.

Aboubacar Dramé Neto (Abouba) starred for Minas with 25 points and was match MVP. Michel Saraiva added 13. Guilherme Sabino led Suzano with 22 points, followed by Gabriel Pessoa with 16.
