Vôlei Renata delivered a clean and convincing performance defeating Itambé Minas 3–0 (25–16, 25–20, 25–23) at Arena UniBH in Belo Horizonte, in the eighth round of the Brazilian Men’s Superliga.

The result keeps the Campinas squad comfortably in third place, while Minas’ struggles only grow, now with five losses in six matches, the pressure around the team is hard to ignore.
Argentinian opposite Bruno Lima led the night with 15 points, while Adriano Xavier and middle blocker Matheus Bispo (Pinta) added 9 and 10. Setter Bruno Rezende (Bruninho), who commanded the offense with precision, earned the MVP award.
Minas also faced a setback early in the match when outside hitter Léo Lukas rolled his ankle in the second set and didn’t return. Samuel Neufeld finished as Minas’ top scorer with 15 points.
