The Organizing Committee for the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) announced some details of the ticket sale so far.
Volleyball is one of only few sports whose final matches are sold out! Beside volleyball, the same situation is with the final of men’s football tournament, tennis, 100m (athletics) and equestrian jump.
Volleyball final matches in both competitions at the Rio Olympics will be held at „Maracanãzinho Arena“ whose capacity is 11,800 seats.
Also, volleyball is on the third place by the highest number of tickets sold among sports at the Olympics. Better are only football and athletics.
There is also no more tickets available for the opening and closing ceremonies.
