After she was cut from the final roster just before the London 2012, Camila Brait once again faced the “ugly” side of sport. Brazil head coach Ze Roberto decided to leave out Camila Brait from the squad that will play in Rio 2016…
It was definitely a big shock for the player, while her husband Caio Conca could not remain silent after such a decision of Ze Roberto.
Conca wrote a message on his Instagram account in which he stated that he and his wife decided not to have a child so that Camila could play at the Rio Olympics! Also, he showed full support for his wife.
“You do not deserve any of this. There was not a single day in the past 8 years that you did not dedicate to training and to your country. For all of us, for me, for your family and friends you will always be the best. And that will never stop. I love you so much.”
