“It really took us so much energy to come back and play after the disappointment in the match against Italy. I can understand, I was watching our guys for the first two sets and I could empathise with where they were. So I had a suspicion that we would have to go to our bench. I definitely know that Reid (Priddy) and David (Lee) can contribute so much and when you’re coaching in this level and these guys have played for so long, it’s really high-level conversation,” said Speraw.

„It is difficult to experience defeat, but even more difficult to speak after it. We are fourth. Unfortunately, this is our place at the moment. If I was watching the Olympics from the side, that would be wrong. I have no regrets. All the guys were working honestly from January to August. Of course, we did not come here for this place.
