According to Bruno Voloch, the Brazil men’s national team will receive 6 million Brazilian Reals (1.653.357 Euros) as a reward for winning the gold. Players and the entire coaching staff will share the award.
Voloch also writes that the Brazilian Volleyball Federation did not want to speak on this issue, so everything is still unofficial.
Recall that Brazil defeated Italy by 3:0 in the finals of the Rio 2016 volleyball tournament.
