This was a first ever win of Brasília against Osasco, who are one of the favorites to win the title. With this victory, Brasília reached 4-1 record in the national championship. Vivian Pellegrino from the winning team scored game-high 18 points.

Still unbeaten vice champions Praia Clube demolished the team of a famous name who simply cannot get a grip this season, Sesi-SP 3-0 with 22 points from U.S. international Alexandra Klineman.
Reigning champions Rexona-Sesc kept invincibility by beating Pinheiros 3-0 with 15 points from Gabriela Guimarães ‘Gabi’ while Camponesa/Minas defeated Rio do Sul on road 3-2. American Destinee Hooker still did not make her debut for Minas. Rosamaria Montibeller had 23 for the winners.
