After playing in Yunnan (China) and Besiktas (Turkey) in the previous season, Yoana Palacios joined Volei Bauru in July with the idea to stay there for the season 2017/2018.
Now, she is the 19th foreigner in the Brazilian Superliga:
“I am very excited that I will be able to participate for the first time in the Superliga, one of the strongest leagues in the world. It represents a lot for my career, to compete in a country where everyone loves volleyball and breathe for volleyball. And I am even more happy that I will play for Volei Bauru, a club with the tradition and good organization” said Palacios.
