EUROVOLLEY U19 W: Twelve teams compete for gold in a historic tournament in Albania

For the first time in their history, Albania will organize a big event such as the European Volleyball Championship U19.

Tirana will be the capital of European Volleyball for ten days and this is an honor. Twelve teams will battle for a gold medal in the next nine days (1-9 September). The competition is starting on Saturday and here is the schedule.

The titleholder Russia will play against Serbia at the start of the tournament, which will be a remake of the 2016 final game when Russia defeated the Serbian girls in straight sets and grabbed the trophy.

POOL A, Saturday (September 1):

Albania – Netherlands 15:00 CET

Poland – Bulgaria 17:30 CET

Belarus – Italy 20:30 CET

POOL B, Saturday (September 1):

Turkey – Germany 15:00 CET

Russia – Serbia 17:30 CET

Slovakia – France 20:30 CET
