Carraro Imoco Conegliano triumphed over the home team, Eczacıbaşı Dynavit, with set scores of 25-17, 25-15, 24-26, and 25-16, thus advancing to the final stage of the competition. The Italian squad showcased a commanding performance, securing a 3-1 victory and dashing the hopes of Eczacıbaşı Dynavit to reach the finals.
The match, held at the TVF Burhan Felek Vestel Volleyball Hall, saw the visiting team take an early lead by winning the first two sets comfortably. Despite the robust support from their fans, Eczacıbaşı Dynavit managed to claim the third set 26-24, thanks in part to the stellar performance of captain Tijana Boskovic. However, their comeback was short-lived as Conegliano wrapped up the fourth set 25-16, powered by Conegliano opposite and match MVP Isabelle Haak, who scored 29 points throughout the match.
This victory means A. Carraro Imoco Conegliano will face Allianz Vero Volley Milano in what is set to be an all-Italian final, painting the 2024 CEV Champions League Super Final in azure. Conegliano enters the final as the only undefeated team in the tournament, boasting a perfect record of 10 wins in 10 matches. This achievement marks their fifth final appearance in the last seven editions.
