The fourth leg of Round 4 in the CEV ZEREN Group Champions League brought more dominant displays in Pool A, with wins for VakıfBank ISTANBUL and Savino Del Bene SCANDICCI.
VakıfBank stayed perfect with a straight-sets victory over CS Volei Alba BLAJ, once again showing control and consistency in front of their home fans. The Istanbul side dictated play throughout the match to secure their fourth win and remain clear at the top of the standings.
Scandicci followed suit in Italy, sweeping past Volero LE CANNET for another important three points. Short-handed but composed, the hosts relied on Lindsey Ruddins’ attacking output to close out the match and strengthen their position in second place.
