Cucine Lube Civitanova continued their perfect campaign in Pool E with a convincing 3–0 away victory over PGE Projekt Warszawa in the third round of the CEV Champions League.

The Italian side controlled the match from the outset, taking the opening two sets with authority before edging a tense third set to close the contest 18–25, 21–25, 24–26. Warszawa offered stronger resistance late on, but Lube’s composure in decisive moments proved the difference.
Lube were superior in attack and blocking, converting opportunities with greater efficiency and limiting the hosts at the net. Despite Warszawa recording one more ace, the visitors dominated most key statistical categories.
Aleksandar Nikolov delivered a standout performance and was named MVP after scoring 19 points with a 56% success rate in attack. He was well supported by Mattia Bottolo (11 points) and Eric Loeppky (10). For Projekt Warszawa, Bartosz Bednorz led the scoring with nine points.
The defeat marks Warszawa’s second loss in the group stage, while Lube consolidate their position at the top of Pool E.
