CEV CL W: High Stakes and Big Emotions Mark Pool C Finale

The group stage of the CEV ZEREN Group Champions League Volley 2026 wrapped up with a dramatic night of volleyball, as Pool C delivered late twists and clear outcomes for the teams still chasing European success.

In Milan, Eczacıbaşı Dynavit Istanbul emerged on top after a tense five-set battle against Numia Vero Volley Milano. The match swung back and forth, but Eczacıbaşı showed greater composure in the deciding set, edging the tie-break 15–13 for a 3–2 win. The result secured first place in the pool and direct qualification for the quarterfinals, while Milano progress to the Play-Offs. Ebrar Karakurt was the standout performer and took home the MVP award.

Earlier in Serbia, Olympiacos Piraeus completed their task with a 3–1 victory over OK Železničar Lajkovac. After dropping the opening set, the Greek side recovered well and held their nerve in a tight fourth set to book a Play-Off spot in their first Champions League campaign. Milica Kubura led the scoring, while Železničar captain Stefana Pakić was named MVP.
