Bogdanka LUK Lublin wrapped up the CEV Champions League group stage in emphatic style, defeating Galatasaray Istanbul 3-0 to secure first place in Pool D with a perfect six wins from six matches.

Although the Polish champions had already clinched a spot in the knockout rounds, they showed no signs of slowing down. Lublin controlled the contest from start to finish, claiming the sets 25-17, 25-21, 26-24 in front of their home crowd.
Wilfredo Leon once again led the charge. The star outside hitter scored 20 points and earned MVP honors. Hilir Henno added 18 points for Lublin, while Jean Patry was Galatasaray’s top scorer with 14.
Meanwhile, Halkbank’s European campaign came to an end following a 3-1 defeat to Knack Roeselare in Belgium. The Turkish side opened strongly by taking the first set 25-23, but the hosts responded to win the next three sets 25-21, 25-20, 25-19.
Halkbank finished Pool B with four points and were eliminated from the tournament, while Roeselare advanced after a composed performance on home court.
