PGE Projekt Warszawa completed a dramatic comeback to eliminate Italian champions Itas Trentino and advance to the CEV Champions League quarterfinals after a thrilling playoff clash lasting 168 minutes.

The Polish side won the second leg 3-2 (25-23, 19-25, 19-25, 25-21, 15-12) before sealing qualification with a 15-11 victory in the Golden Set. Projekt Warszawa will now face Bogdanka LUK Lublin in an all-Polish quarterfinal matchup.
