Ziraat Bankkart Ankara claimed the bronze medal in the CEV Champions League after defeating PGE Projekt Warszawa 3-2 in a dramatic five-set match in Turin.

The Turkish champions recovered from a 2-1 deficit, turning the match around. Ziraat edged a tight fourth set before dominating the tie-break to secure the club’s first-ever Champions League medal.
Nimir Abdel-Aziz led the winners with 36 points, while Tomasz Fornal added 14. Kevin Tillie scored 26 points for Projekt Warszawa in defeat.
Aluron CMC Warta Zawiercie and Sir Sicoma Monini Perugia will face off later in the Champions League final.
